Our Community is open Monday through Friday, except for the following company holidays: Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Do I need to make an appointment to visit your community?

Appointments are not required; however, they are highly recommended, so our Community Representative can assist you in accomplishing your goals on your visit. Why would I choose to rent versus buy a new home?

The benefits of renting include the convenience of flexibility. Not only do you not have to worry about home maintenance and upkeep inside and out, but with Reverie at Silver Creek, our senior housing community near Tacoma and Seattle, you only commit to a one-year agreement at a time.

What happens if I need care services or other home-based assistance?

Through our company’s vetting process, we can make reliable recommendations for any number of home and community-based care needs for you or a loved one. In addition, each Reverie home is already equipped with the latest in accessibility, technological and design features that will also make life safe and easy.

Your home is just minutes away from great shopping, restaurants, health care and everything else you need, with easy connections to Tacoma and Seattle.

Do I need a Real Estate Agent to rent a new home?

No, our Community Representatives will work with you to determine the best home plan for your lifestyle; tour available homes; discuss home features and assist you with a rental agreement when you select your home.

How do I know how much house I can afford to rent?

This is a personalized question that is best discussed with your financial advisor. The good news is that this is a low-risk financial decision. No purchases, no large buy-in or deposits.

What does my monthly rent include?

One monthly rent payment includes all utilities including electricity, natural gas, water, garbage and recycling pickup in addition to access to the internet and TV.

What features are offered in your homes?

To view some of the features available in each Reverie Home, go to our Virtual Tour Section and click on the many features available. Better still, schedule a home tour at the Reverie. Great care has been devoted to select special features for your cabinets, lighting, bathroom and kitchen layout and fixtures to assure convenience.

Will I be secure in my home?

Your own front door, no elevators or stairs to worry about. We have thought ahead to make sure everything in your home is designed for your safety and ease of use. In addition, we have only one entrance for vehicles with security cameras at the entrance to the Reverie and along the private road. There is privacy fencing along all of the perimeter.

What other amenities are part of the Reverie?

There is a Community Activity Building where you can entertain your family and friends. It contains a large kitchen and comfortable places to sit including in front of the fireplace and large screen TV. There is an equipped exercise room and an outdoor patio area as well.  Special vegetable and flower gardens are also provided for your use. Well lighted extensive walkways are carefully planned throughout the community with shaded places to sit.
